We ensure that tamigo’s customers are off to a great start!


In Implementation, we handle the smooth and successful roll-out of our SaaS solution across to customers all of Europe.

We work closely with our customers to configure the product and make sure that it is effectively embedded in the organisation. To achieve this, we collaborate with high-level stakeholders, explore customer needs and translate them into an optimised tamigo configuration.


After configuration is complete, we train end users to make sure everyone is familiar with the system. In order to ensure that the training materials are always accessible to customers, we produce training videos and documentation.

As part of the implementation process, we also oversee integrations to make sure tamigo works well with all our software partners.

Finally, we manage the change that results from the implementation process. A successful implementation means that the workflow is improved to provide the best possible customer experience.
