Product Owner

As a Product Owner, you will facilitate software delivery for our cross-functional teams within an Agile Development framework. You will be responsible for managing the backlog for new features, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with customer and business needs. Your role will require you to proactively build and maintain the product roadmap and balancing technical feasibility with commercial requirements.
What you will do:
- Own the backlog and full delivery for your assigned area — prioritise, collaborate with design, and ensure quality through testing.
- Take responsibility for the delivery.
- Define and refine requirements, writing clear epics, user stories, and specifications.
- Align development with customer needs, ensuring solutions fit the product vision.
- Optimise development processes, enhancing client retention and third-party partnerships, always with a focus on business goals.
- Collaborate across teams and departments as well as with internal and external stakeholders to drive data-informed decisions and high-quality solutions.
You are an ideal fit if you have:
- The ability to write clear and concise specifications.
- Proficiency in Agile project management and development workflows.
- Solid understanding of IT projects, software development processes, and business requirements.
- Ability to work independently, take ownership of the backlog, and drive priorities across multiple markets in alignment with our global strategy.
- Assertiveness in managing requests and setting expectations.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role within a SaaS or IT-driven environment.
- Strong understanding of software development processes and business workflows.

The role is based in Copenhagen with minimum 3 days per week in the office.
