Student Assistant Customer Support Sweden
Looking for hands-on work experience in an international SaaS company?
tamigo is growing, and so is our customer base. We’re looking for a Student Assistant to help us create an effortless experience for our customers while also supporting our continued growth in the Swedish market.
In this role, you will work closely with our Swedish customers, the Customer Experience department, and colleagues across tamigo. Your tasks will go beyond traditional support: you’ll get involved in different activities related to the Swedish market, from helping customers get the most out of tamigo to supporting customer-facing and pre-sales activities when needed.
You’ll gain hands-on experience with our product, our customers, and one of our core markets, while becoming a fully integrated part of the team from day one. It’s a great opportunity to learn, contribute, and grow.
What you will do
Support Swedish and international customers via email and phone, providing technical assistance and troubleshooting
Educate and empower customers to maximise their use of tamigo
Assist with contract renewals and translate documentation from English to Swedish
Assists pre-sales as a technical expert
You have
Native level Swedish and proficiency in written and spoken English
At least 1 year left before graduating from master’s studies in a field such as business, IT, communication, or another relevant field
