Student Assistant Customer Support Sweden

tamigo is growing, and so is our customer base. We're looking for a Swedish-speaking Student Assistant to help us create an effortless experience for our customers in the Swedish market.
This isn't just about ticket-closing. Every day you'll play detective: a customer hits a problem, you dig in, work out what's really going on and turn it into a solution. You'll become a genuine expert in our Workforce Management software, get comfortable with the tools a modern SaaS support team uses, and learn how to explain technical things in a way that actually helps people.
You'll work closely with our Swedish customers, the Customer Experience department, and colleagues across tamigo — and you'll be a fully integrated part of the team from day one.
What you'll do
Support Swedish and international customers via email and phone — diagnosing issues, troubleshooting, and providing technical assistance
Educate and empower customers to get the most out of tamigo
Assist with contract renewals and translate documentation from English to Swedish
Act as a technical expert in pre-sales activities when needed

What we're looking for
Swedish at native level, plus solid written and spoken English
A current student with at least ~1 year left before graduating — ideally in business, IT, communication, or a related field. Bachelor and master’s student are equally welcome
Curiosity, a problem-solving mindset and the drive to figure things out
