As our new Implementation Consultant for the Benelux market, you will bridge the gap between our Workforce Management solution and the day-to-day needs of our customers. You will guide new customers through the implementation phase, advise on the optimal use and configuration of tamigo, and provide training to key users.
What you will do
• Implement, configure and train customers on tamigo throughout their implementation phase.
• Manage both large and small projects, keeping scope, timeline and budget on track so customers go live successfully.
• Advise customers on the optimal setup and use of tamigo for their business.
• Collaborate with colleagues across our European offices to bring the best experience to our customers.
• Take on consultancy tasks for existing customers and contribute to pre-sales activities.
You bring
• Native-level Dutch and professional English, both written and spoken.
• An analytical, structured approach and the ability to keep an overview across several projects at once.
• The ability to explain technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences, with a genuine focus on customer success and satisfaction.
• Any experience in project management, consultancy or software is considered a plus, but it's not a must.

• Structured and organised, able to keep multiple projects moving without losing the detail.
• A clear and empathetic communicator who builds strong relationships with different stakeholders.
